WHAT AND WHEN TO EXPECT: - Once the order information is collected, including the LLIMAGER Serial Number(s) to be managed and the admin's e-mail address is submitted, an order receipt via e-mail with subject, "LLSmartVerify - An E-Forensics Inc Product - Order Confirmation" will be sent. LLSmartVerify Portal that serves as the command and control hub for:
- LLIMAGER licenses control and management
- Evidence (image) management and control
- Public ledger anchoring of acquisition metadata,blockchain verification, and audit oversight. It is designed for two types of users, each with different levels of access and functionality.
Licensed users (LLSmartVerify Standard user): authorized personnel who hold one or more active LLIMAGER licenses. Each licensed user can register and manage evidence records only within the scope of their specific license(s). Through the LLSmartVerify portal, users can review evidence and image acquisition metadata, verification status, blockchain transaction records, and the foundation event chain-of-custody entry for each piece of evidence covered by their license.
Third-party users: read-only access limited to evidence verification. This role is designed for external parties such as attorneys, court personnel, or opposing counsel who need to independently confirm the authenticity and integrity of a specific evidence record without accessing the broader system.
The portal connects to the blockchain infrastructure, providing transparent and tamper-proof verification of evidence records. All sensitive data remains off the public blockchain, while cryptographic hashes stored on-chain ensure the integrity of every record can be independently verified at any time.
